SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT
This Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into upon completion of payment and sponsorship information form (found at checkout).
This agreement is made between the Tottenham Railers (the "Team") and the Sponsor.
Sponsorship Level
The Sponsor agrees to participate at the Sponsorship Level product selection. In exchange for the sponsorship fee, the Team agrees to provide the Sponsor with the benefits listed. Options are as follows:
Gold Sponsor – $5,000
Gold sponsors receive the highest level of exposure and benefits, including:
- Logo on all home game live streams
- Logo on sponsorship board at arena
- Logo on home or away jerseys
- Custom ad slot (pre/post game and intermissions)
- Banner on home game live stream
- Logo on YouTube channel
- Logo and link in gameday online program
- Logo and link on team sponsorship webpage
- Logo on social media posts
- Recognition at all home games (live announcer)
- Powerplay/penalty kill shout-outs
- Framed team photo with certificate
- 6 season tickets
- 2 corporate days (to promote your company)
Silver Sponsor – $3,500
Silver sponsors receive strong visibility and promotional opportunities:
- Logo on all team pant shells
- Logo on all home game live streams
- Logo on sponsorship board at arena
- Custom ad slot (pre/post game and intermissions)
- Logo and link on team sponsorship webpage
- Recognition at 12 home games (live announcer)
- Framed team photo with certificate
- 4 season tickets
- 1 corporate day (to promote your company)
Bronze Sponsor – $2,000
Bronze sponsors receive solid exposure throughout the season:
- Logo on all home game live streams
- Logo on sponsorship board at arena
- Logo and link on team sponsorship webpage
- Recognition at 8 home games (live announcer)
- Framed certificate of thanks
- 2 season tickets
- Logo on game day posters
Community Sponsor – $750
Community sponsors receive essential recognition and support visibility:
- Logo on all home game live streams
- Logo on sponsorship board at arena
- Logo and link on team sponsorship webpage
- Framed certificate of thanks
- Logo on game day posters
Community Sponsor – $750

This Agreement is valid for the 2026-27 season, beginning on completion of payment and registration form and ending on March 31, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
Sponsor Obligations
The Sponsor agrees to:
- Provide a high-resolution logo and any required materials in a timely manner
- Ensure all submitted materials comply with applicable laws and standards
- Grant the Team permission to use their logo for promotional purposes under this Agreement
Team Obligations
The Team agrees to:
- Deliver the sponsorship benefits listed above
- Use reasonable efforts to ensure proper display and recognition of the Sponsor
- Maintain professionalism and represent sponsors positively
Use of Name & Logo
Both parties agree that:
- The Team may use the Sponsor’s name/logo for promotional purposes
- The Sponsor may reference the sponsorship and display the Team logo in their own marketing
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated:
- By mutual written agreement
- If either party fails to fulfill obligations
- No refunds will be issued once sponsorship benefits have begun, unless agreed otherwise
Liability
The Team shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages related to this Agreement. Sponsorship is promotional in nature and does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
General Terms
- This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties
- Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario
This agreement is entered into with the consent of the party authorized to sign on behalf of the Team.
