Refunds

Generally, refunds are not permitted. In extreme situations, with a doctor's note indicating the player should not play, a credit for the following season or a refund less and administrative fee may be issued.

We emphasize that in registering, it is assumed that you are doing so in agreement with the programme descriptions published on this website including any eventualities that may take us to slightly different courses along the way. If games are cancelled and are not able to be rescheduled, players will receive a pro-rated refund, for games canceled due to the league's own restriction, or those imposed by Federal, Provincial, Regional or Local orders.

It is important to understand that, as a not-for-profit entity, we charge only what we need to run the programme. Refunding individuals due to a change of preference can cost the programme extensively and harm it's future. Commitment is essential for sustainability.
